Current Open Positions

Grip Specialists

Our grip specialists are wholly responsible for the day’s operations onsite at business partners in their territory. Specialists set up onsite at client golf courses and businesses and provide expert-level advice and installation. We provide paid training and flexibility on days scheduled. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum of two shifts per week. This position requires excellent customer service skills, golf knowledge, and an ability to multitask. We would prefer someone with golf industry experience, but we are willing to train from scratch for the right person. This position requires the successful completion of our training and apprenticeship program.

Some key responsibilities of the grip specialist position include: 

  • Drive to/from business partners and set up and tear down the pop-up tent, display, and equipment every working day.

  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming appearance and environment.

  • Provide high-quality and accurate advice, grip fittings, and information to customers.

  • Execute technically excellent regripping.

  • Consistently provide a positive, personal customer experience.

  • Manage checkouts and cash handling, using our Square checkout system.

Gripping Assistants (Ad Hoc, Flexible)

Our gripping assistants help us keep things moving on our busiest days. Some key responsibilities include: helping set up and tear down, checking out customers using our Square system, cutting off worn grips, running orders, organizing, and otherwise assisting the specialist at the tent.
